(start with your non dominant leg amrap. Rest 2 min. Dominant leg amrap)
Option for C: chest to deck pushups amrap x 1
(knees cannot touch the floor during test)
OR AMRAP knee pushups x 1
Option for D: Air Squats AMRAP x 1
(no pausing on top or bottom, doing so terminates set)
