A1: Powerclean; 5, 5, 5, 5, 5; 30 sec rest
A2: Push Press; 5, 5, 5, 5, 5; 3 min rest
You can use 1 bar or 2, however you want to set it up. Stick to the rest intervals. Do not hit failure on any sets.
Rest 4 hours minimum. Make sure to eat a fairly balanced meal that includes extra protein.
5 rounds of:
1000m row at 75%
30 ring pushups (stop before failure - can sub regular pushups if needed)
Rest 2:30

when you say stop before failure do you mean stop at 20 and that would conclude the round or stop at 20 rest then finish to the 30 reps.c
Stop at 20, rest as needed, continue. 30 is still required just broken up so as to not hit failure.
A1- 215,215,215,215,215 with exactly 30 second rest
A2- 190,190,190,190,190 rest was exactly 3 mins
* set 4 got hard and I started to feel a bit winded for longer time after the push press
* tried to stay consistent with catching the bar in a high quarter squat and in a even landing position.
No met con today, I was gassed after the last 3 days on training. Run and active rest tomorrow
